QA PROTOCOL
A four-stage inspection system governs every production run. Quality checks are built into the workflow — not appended at the end.
4-Point Fabric Inspection
Every meter of incoming fabric is scored against the industry-standard 4-point system before cutting begins. Defective rolls are rejected at intake — not discovered mid-production.
Inline QC Checks
Roving QC personnel check stitching tension, seam alignment, and measurement adherence at every 50-unit interval during production. Defects are caught in real time — not in the final audit.
AQL 2.5 / 4.0 Standards
AQL 2.5 for major defects and AQL 4.0 for minor defects — the complete international standard. Statistically sampled end-of-line inspection against the approved golden sample.
Final Garment Audit
A dedicated QC team — separate from the production floor — conducts a final 100% check covering finishing, needle detection, measurements, and packaging integrity before export dispatch.

Every garment we manufacture can be decorated to your brand specification. We support all major decoration methods in-house and through vetted specialist partners in the same Tirupur cluster.
Screen Printing
Plastisol and water-based inks. Up to 8 spot colours per design. Ideal for large runs where cost-per-unit matters. Pantone matching available.
Embroidery
Tajima multi-head units. Up to 12,000 stitches/min. Chest logos, sleeve patches, back branding. 3D puff embroidery available for structured headwear.
Sublimation
Full-surface photographic quality print on polyester and poly-blend fabrics. Unlimited colours with no colour separation cost. Colour-fast and wash-resistant.
Heat Transfer
Vinyl and film transfers for small runs and complex multi-colour designs. Pneumatic Insta 256 press ensures even pressure and consistent adhesion across every unit.
DTG Printing
Direct-to-garment for photographic designs and low MOQ runs. No screens, no setup fees. Works on cotton and cotton-rich blends. Suitable for sample drops and micro-runs.
Labels & Tags
Custom woven labels, printed care labels, hang tags, and barcode labels. Full white-label support for private label brands who require no visible manufacturer identity on the garment.
